This hotel provided really good service from every staff member. Each person was attentive. we received a complimentary upgrade to a jacuzzi vip suite. it was spacious, it was immaculate. the room provided excellent levels of comfort.

It was a bit difficult to get a lounger by the pool after 8:30 am. People reserved beds early.

the food quality in all areas was of european fine dining standard. the indian restaurant was probably the best i have ever tried. all restaurants gave excellent food and service.

Really good Service and Culinary Delights!

This hotel stood out! The staff provided service above expectations and readily met my needs. The Italian Restaurant created dining experiences, from start to finish, that were a total joy. Staff always maintained a beaming smile and attention to detail. Our room was kept super clean, and every need was attended to.

The evening entertainment options were somewhat limited.

The hotel has well kept gardens! The pools are very clean and large with comfy sunbeds, it is a totally relaxing holiday. A lovely promenade goes around the bay for walks.

The room was very spacious! It was a Double Room Pool View. I liked that the pools are big and clean. I woke up early to find sunbeds.

The drinks variety was very poor! There were no cocktails like aperol spritz. I also thought the evening shows are boring. They are just some live music with bad singers.

i loved my time. the staff was so attentive from the get-go. i really appreciated the hardworking gentleman delivering drinks on the beach. he kept everyone hydrated. gardeners kept the grounds immaculate. the grass looked artificial. i saw it being watered, so i know it was real.

the sunbed situation needed improvement. i found myself waking up super early to secure a spot near the pool. it was not something i wanted to do on vacation. it would have been amazing to have better access to the pool later in the day.

The customer relations team was helpful with every request i had and are a boon to the hotel. the lobby attendant always smiled and remembered my preferences. special thanks to suzy and badria. Their help was really good.

my garden beautiful room was huge, and i totally loved it, and the bathroom was spacious, too. it had both a bathtub and a shower. constant cleaning happened throughout the day. it kept everything super clean and fresh.

there were a total of four outdoor pools. one was even heated. there was also one indoor pool with a sauna. the beach area was big with plenty of sun loungers and space. i felt very relaxed.
